thank you very much for all your posts and suggestion! I’m a set design student. and I almost found everything in the blog so valuable for me. All those I missed during my first years of study in set design and those important tecniques tricks and book suggestions that my professors didn’t teach patiently I again learned them here.
plus* I’m learning how to use your perspective quick view tool. I just downloaded them and soon to print them on acetate. ; )
Thank you for your amazing blog. Very stimulating for my work at the University. I’m writing an academic memory about painting backings in contemporary french movies. You seem to know so many thing about the art of backdrop…I would like very much to speak to you.
Have a nice day !
Randy, just so you know, your poster is hanging on the wall at LAP above the chest it illustrates.
I made the frame for it and it was made like the chests lid with mortise and tendon joinery.
Hope you get a chance to see it someday. Chris and John really liked it. Even made my mom proud. Sometimes its better to give without any expectations or favors being owed. Will you be doing any more drawings for LAP?
I love your blog! Very unique content and interesting posts! Thank you!

Eric, To know the poster gets such a prominent display place and a really nice frame is in itself a great compliment!
